DRS Services to the Deaf and Hard of Hearing and Oklahoma School for the Deaf are celebrating Deaf Awareness Week, September 23-29. Check out this free card that Deaf and hard of hearing drivers can use to communicate with law enforcement officers if they get pulled over in traffic.
